Do the PLN added from the e-card expire?
No, the financial funds added to the PSN virtual wallet do not have an expiry date. The code itself, before activation, may however expire about 12 months after our store generated it.
What if the game price exceeds the available balance?
The virtual store will always ask you to pay the difference with another payment method. The system will take the entire PLN amount available in the virtual wallet. You’ll pay the missing balance using the debit card linked to your Sony account or a connected PayPal profile.
Will I lose the rest of the loaded amount after buying a cheap add-on?
No, the unused difference safely stays in the virtual wallet. The system will reduce the previously added balance exactly by the price shown in the basket. The remaining capital will not be frozen and will successfully finance every subsequent game purchase in the future.
Will a Polish voucher top up a foreign PSN account?
No, the PlayStation digital distribution system has strict regional restrictions. The Sony store will not convert the PLN funds to euros, dollars or British pounds. The Polish code we send will correctly enter and add value only to a profile previously registered with a Polish address.
How does the refund policy work for games paid with the e-card?
The funds fully return to the wallet within 14 days if the game has not been downloaded. Sony introduced a convenient return button directly in the PS App and the online store. Remember that starting the installation process on the hard drive immediately blocks the option to withdraw the funds.
What happens to the balance after an account ban?
A permanent player account ban results in no access to the accumulated funds. Receiving the highest penalty for breaking the terms permanently closes access to all games in the digital library and permanently freezes the entire balance previously deposited from gift cards.
