How long do I have to use the funds from an H&M voucher?
The code retains its validity for a full 24 months from the purchase date. The validity period starts at the moment the voucher is sent on the Payticon platform. The balance linked to your profile safely waits to be used within the designated two-year window, giving plenty of time to choose the new collection.
Can I return the purchased e-card or exchange it for cash?
No, digital gift cards are not refundable to cash. Once the code is generated and sent to your email, it becomes an active form of payment that can no longer be reversed or exchanged for cash.
What if the clothing value is higher than the card balance?
You’ll easily pay the difference with any standard payment method. The system will first reduce the basket amount by the funds taken from the virtual voucher. You’ll pay the rest with a BLIK code, a fast bank transfer, and in a physical store simply with cash or a contactless card.
Can I use several different e-cards in a single transaction?
Yes, the system allows free combining of many codes in the basket. During checkout you can enter the numbers from several different vouchers in the indicated fields. It’s a convenient solution when buying more expensive outerwear or whole suits.
Do I have to spend the full amount at once, or does the rest stay on the account?
You don’t have to spend it all, the rest of the funds stays on the card. If the cost of the chosen clothing is less than the voucher value, the system will only take the required amount. The money is linked to your code and will cover your next purchases.
How does the return of clothes paid for with a virtual gift card work?
The value of returned clothing comes back directly onto a new gift balance. When returning goods in person to the store, you’ll receive a physical return card with the loaded budget. When sending the parcel by courier, the online store will email you an e-card with the value of the returned items.
Does the e-card cover delivery costs for physical online orders?
Yes, the code will finance the entire basket, including delivery. The amount available on the voucher will easily pay not only the price of the ordered clothing or H&M Home items, but will fully cover the courier fees added to the bill for parcel transport.
Will I pay with a Polish voucher during holidays abroad?
No, this voucher works only in the country of its issue. Cards have restrictions linked to currency. This means buying a voucher from us in złoty (PLN), you’ll only redeem it in Polish physical stores and on the Polish hm.com site.
