- Provide the assigned 4-digit security code (PIN).

How long do I have to spend the money from an IKEA card?
The gift card for this store is valid indefinitely. The e-code you bought from us has no set expiry date. You have complete freedom — you can immediately buy a new bed or safely store the funds for years, waiting for the need to change the décor.
What if the basket value is greater than my funds?

Do I have to spend the full loaded amount at one till?

Can I combine several different codes during payment?
Yes, the system lets you pay for one order with multiple e-cards. When you have several vouchers, just enter them one by one at the payment gateway on screen. The amounts will safely sum into one larger budget ready to finance, for example, a new large wardrobe.
Will the e-card also pay for courier delivery or in-store pickup?
It depends on the type of delivery chosen — some logistics services are excluded. Courier delivery to your home is usually payable by gift card, but according to the terms, fees for in-store picking and pickup services (e.g. at a locker) cannot be financed this way.
Will the money from the e-card buy me veggie hot-dogs and meatballs in the store?
No, the store rules categorically forbid using the card in food points. You won’t pay with the IKEA gift card for a meal at the physical Restaurant, the food assortment at the Swedish Food Market or snacks bought at the Bistro points (located beyond the main store tills).
How are returns of goods purchased with a gift card handled?
The money for returned furniture will be given back on a physical refund card. When returning a product financed with an e-code, the store will not send the cash to your bank account. Customer service will simply issue you a new physical return card loaded with the corresponding amount for further purchases.
