You’ll use the code very simply at the order completion stage:

- Sign in to your customer account or proceed to checkout as a guest.
- Complete your basket and click the order summary button.
- In the payment methods section choose “Gift card”.
- Enter the exact card number and PIN code.
- Confirm the operation to reduce the final bill amount.
FAQ
How long do I have to use the funds from the voucher?
The card retains validity for 24 months from the moment of issue. This deadline is counted from the moment of code activation. Importantly, after this time, if any funds are still left on the card, you can apply to extend the balance validity by another 24 months.
What if the basket value is higher than the card balance?
You’ll easily pay the missing amount with another standard method. The store will first take all available money from the entered voucher. You’ll pay the rest immediately at the payment gateway using a BLIK code, a fast bank transfer or a regular payment card.
Can I use several different e-gift cards in a single transaction?
Yes, the system allows combining many codes in one order. While paying for larger purchases you can enter consecutive e-card numbers into the indicated field. The store software adds their values and deducts them from the final clothing price.
Do I have to spend the full amount at once, or does the rest stay on the account?
No, the card can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted. If your shopping value is lower than the funds available on the e-card, the rest of the money safely remains frozen. You’ll use it for further orders by simply re-entering the same number and PIN.
How does the return of goods paid for with a gift card work?
The funds for returned clothes go back onto your gift card. The store does not make a return bank transfer for products purchased with an e-card. The system simply re-tops up the original code, restoring it to the value of the returned shoes or shirts.
Does the e-card cover delivery costs for physical orders?
Yes, the funds from the card fully cover the shipping fee. The amount added to the voucher reduces the value of the entire bill. With it you can finance both the cost of the ordered clothes and the fees for the courier company or delivering the parcel to an InPost locker.
Will a card from Polish distribution work on foreign versions of the store?
No, the Polish code will only work on the site with the .pl ending. Cards loaded with Polish złoty (PLN) cannot be redeemed in the group’s foreign domains settling in euros or krones. The order currency must match the card currency.
