FAQ
How long do I have to activate the purchased code?
The voucher is valid for 180 days from the moment the order is paid. You have a full six months to enter the code on your Player.pl account. This time is counted from the day our store generated the code. After 180 days the code expires irrevocably.
What do I do if I want to add sport or a higher package while the code is active?
Buying additional services during the code’s runtime requires a separate payment. The purchased code immediately unlocks the specific package chosen at purchase. If during those 30 days you want to add e.g. Eurosport sports channels to your account, the service will ask you to pay the difference via BLIK or card.
Can I combine and enter multiple codes during a single activation?
No, the site only allows entering one code per month. The Player system does not support adding multiple cards to pay in advance for, for example, three consecutive months. You’ll enter the next voucher in the account settings only when the current 30-day access expires.
Will a code purchased in Poland work during my holiday abroad?
Yes, after activation in Poland you’ll watch the content across the entire European Union. Thanks to EU regulations, an account created and paid for with a Polish code allows you to watch series and films normally during trips to all other EU member states.
How does the Player.pl gift code refund work?
Codes for digital services are not subject to refund after payment. Delivering the file or email with an active PIN code is treated as full performance of the access service. The regulations therefore exclude the possibility of returning such items and withdrawing from the contract after purchase.
