How long do I have to use the e-card?
The card is valid for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which it was activated. If you activate the voucher in November of a given year, it will be valid until the end of the fifth subsequent year counted from the end of that calendar year.
Can I print the e-voucher and hand it over in person as a gift?
Yes, you can print the received PDF file and hand it over in person. This is a convenient solution if you want to prepare an elegant last-minute gift.
Can I use several different e-cards in a single transaction?
Yes, you can use up to 10 cards online in one order. In a physical perfumery, you can also use up to 10 cards during a single transaction.
What if my purchases are cheaper than the voucher value?
The unused funds stay on the card and you can use them later. If you buy a cheaper mascara for part of the voucher’s value, the remaining amount will remain active until your next purchase.
How does the return of goods paid for with a Douglas gift card work?
Refunds are made in the form of a new e-Card PDF sent by email. If a gift card was used during the transaction, the store does not transfer money to a bank account. Instead, it generates a new voucher with the value of the returned order.
