How long do I have to use the funds from the voucher?
Your code is valid for a full 12 months. This time is counted exactly from the day the system generated the code. This gives a full year to calmly wait for seasonal price reductions. After this deadline, the funds secured on the number expire.
What if the basket value is higher than the card balance?
You’ll pay the missing amount with the method of your choice at the payment gateway. The system will deduct the voucher value from the order sum, and you’ll pay the rest of the bill the standard way using a fast bank transfer, BLIK code or a saved payment card.
Can I use several e-gift cards in a single transaction?
Yes, the system allows combining up to 15 different codes at once. When you enter consecutive numbers in the discounts window, the software will instantly sum their value. It’s a great solution to clean up leftover funds from several smaller vouchers.
Do I have to spend the full amount at once, or does the rest stay on the account?
The software will automatically generate a new code with the remaining change. When you pay with a PLN 100 voucher for PLN 70 worth of shopping, you fully use the original code. The PLN 30 difference goes to a new gift card, which Allegro will immediately send to the email address linked to your account.
How does the return of goods paid for with a gift card work?
The funds for the sent-back order will return to you as a new gift card. When the seller receives the parcel and approves the return, the platform will automatically generate and send a fresh code worth the returned product to your email.
Does the e-card cover delivery costs for physical orders?
No, the virtual funds are used only to reduce the price of the goods themselves. The store will not cover courier or parcel locker fees with the gift card. You’ll pay the logistics costs separately or skip them entirely with an active Allegro Smart subscription.
What platform offers won’t combine with the digital voucher?
Gift codes won’t work in the Allegro Lokalnie section or with instalments. You won’t pay with the voucher for items auctioned by private individuals. You also won’t use the code to pay for insurance, gift cards from other brands or reduce instalments in bank credit systems.
