How long do I have to use the funds from the voucher?

How does the process of returning equipment paid with a gift card work?
The money for returned goods comes back as a new balance on the gift card. The brand does not give cash in hand and does not send a transfer to a bank account. When refunding funds you’ll receive a new card or a value refund to the card according to the store procedure.
Will a Polish voucher buy products from external partners?
No, the card does not cover products sold by external Marketplace partners. The funds linked to the voucher cover only equipment sold directly by Decathlon. Partner offers must be paid for with another method.
