What if the basket value is higher than the card balance?
The system will ask you to cover the missing amount with another payment method. The software will take the entire available value from the declared e-card. You’ll settle the remaining difference for the clothes using a BLIK code, fast transfer, debit card or pay-on-delivery.
Can I use several e-gift cards in a single transaction?
Yes, the system allows freely combining many codes during one order. You can assign several vouchers to your account simultaneously. However, the official terms specify a clear transaction limit meaning that on one shopping trip you can spend a maximum of 900 złoty from combined cards.
Do I have to spend the full amount at once, or does the rest stay on the account?
You don’t have to, every unused rest of the funds stays in your wallet on zalando.pl. The system takes only the precise amount corresponding to the goods value. The surplus remaining on the profile you’ll freely spend on future orders for new shoes or clothing.
How does the return of goods paid with a Zalando gift card work?
The returned amount goes back to your virtual balance on the service. The procedure does not allow transferring the equivalent of the e-card to an external bank account, and the card itself cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. The money will top up the user profile and will be immediately ready for reuse in the store.
