Sell gift cards and top-ups across your retail network
Gift cards and top-ups at your locations
We supply retail networks with gift cards and top-ups from our partners so your stores can sell them on the existing checkout infrastructure.
Learn moreHow does it work?
The sale happens at the checkout and the code goes straight to the customer!
The cashier sells the product on POS like any other — selecting from the system or scanning a barcode.
After the transaction, the customer gets a PIN code printed on the receipt.
The chain adds a new instant-segment category without building its own distribution backend.
POR + chit cards
POR (PIN on receipt) is the fulfilment mechanism; chit cards are the in-store display
POR (PIN on receipt)
The PIN code prints on the receipt after the product is sold at the checkout.
Chit cards (display cards)
Graphic product cards with barcodes for in-store display. The cashier scans the barcode and the system generates and prints the actual PIN code.
Effect
You get a reusable card on the shelf, while code issuance stays fast and POS-controlled.
Physical gift cards — POSA
Optional rollout of physical gift cards
- We offer physical POSA gift cards — the acronym stands for Point of sale activation.
- The form factor depends on whether the priority is display, checkout ergonomics, or using the product as a ready-made gift.
Implementation
A fast rollout across the network without stopping sales.
Scope: categories, denominations, operational policies.
API integration and product mapping.
POR and print configuration with testing.
Pilot plus staff guidance.
Roll-out and continuous catalogue expansion.
Live transaction monitoring
Everything visible online in the Partner Panel, in real time
- This makes operational oversight easier, with quick anomaly detection and settlements without manually collecting data from points of sale.
- We provide advanced transaction monitoring, allowing the network to track sales and statuses live online, broken down by categories such as store, region or product.
Frequently asked questions
How does the customer receive the code in store?
Most often via PIN on receipt: after a checkout sale, the code/PIN prints on the receipt — an "instant" solution.
How is PIN on receipt different from chit cards?
"PIN on receipt" issues the code on the receipt after the sale, while chit cards are display media with a barcode — the cashier scans the card and the actual code is generated and printed on the receipt.
Do we need an additional checkout or printer?
The model is designed to sell on existing checkout infrastructure; specifics depend on your environment and integration.
How does the integration work and how long does it take?
Rollout usually follows the steps: product scope → integration and mapping → print configuration and end-to-end testing → pilot → rollout.
Will we get sales monitoring (e.g. live) and reports?
This approach is recommended operationally (oversight, anomalies, settlements), but the exact panel/report scope depends on the rollout and agreements.
What about returns and cancellations?
It depends on the product type and operational rules — this is agreed before launch so the process stays predictable in stores.
