You’ll receive the funds for returned goods as a new gift card. The store will not transfer the money to your bank account. Instead, it will generate a new e-card for you with the value of the returned products.
Does the e-card cover delivery costs in the online store?
Yes, the card balance pays for the entire order amount. If you don’t reach the free delivery threshold, the money from the voucher will easily cover the courier shipping fee.
Will the Adidas card work in any other sports shop?
No, the code works only in the official Adidas stores. You’ll pay with it at authorised Adidas Sport Performance, Adidas Originals and Adidas Outlet stores. The card will not work in independent shoe shops.
